Summary
T2S Solutions (T2S) is seeking a Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable / Billing to join the team in a remote capacity. This role will support billing and accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation, tracking receivables, and assisting with month-end close. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customer invoices and compile supporting documentation
• Maintain billing records and assist with updates based on contract or funding changes
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and assist with collections follow-ups as needed
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and unbilled analysis
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain organized documentation to support audits and compliance requirements
• Support external audit requests by gathering documentation
• Assist with process improvements and other ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered
• 1–4+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, or billing experience
• Experience in the government contracting industry preferred
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
