Summary
T2S Solutions currently has an opening for a Deputy Program Manager to join our team in Belcamp, Maryland for a large scale program delivering cybersecurity subject matter expertise to the Army and related stakeholders. The qualified applicant will be a multi-functional, independent, rational decision maker who is also a creative and critical thinker as well as relentless problem solver who enjoys a challenge and working with a high-performing team in a dynamic environment. The Deputy Program Manager will interface with multiple engineering disciplines, system elements, and stakeholders to help lead the organization in executing the customers mission.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assists the PM with the following duties:

• Providing administrative management, professional development, and supervision of program staff and cross-functional team members
• Growing the team
• Contribute to the production of program reports, materials, and content
• Assist the PM to review subcontract and internal project deliverables to ensure they meet project specifications outlined in the contract
• Communicate and advocate the overall vision and direction for the program
• Acts as a secondary customer liaison for program activities, assisting with program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Monitor adherence to schedules, identify program risks and issues, and assist to develop solutions
• Provide additional management and oversight of the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs
• Develop and establish new processes, systems, and solutions
• Recommends and implements strategies and develops operational plans/goals that directly impact the mid- to long-term function or business area achievements
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contracts
• Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes

Qualifications and Skills

• Requires advanced management, business knowledge, leadership capabilities and broad experience across multiple related professional disciplines
• DoD Security Clearance required
• Bachelor’s in engineering or other STEM degree; Masters in either STEM or Business preferred
• PMP/PMI or DAU PM Lvl-3 certification is a plus
• Five or more years of Aerospace & Defense industry experience; Two or more years of experience in Space and/or Satellite systems preferred
• Experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
• Experience successfully handling hardware/delivering products to the government
• Proven track record of successfully delivering within cost, schedule, and performance is a must; experience delivering fully qualified aerospace hardware systems is preferred

Compensation: 200-225k
