Summary:

We are seeking an intern who will support various marketing initiatives within the organization and gain hands-on experience in the field. This position offers an opportunity to learn and develop skills while contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Creating social media content design, strategy, and scheduling.
• Assisting in community outreach research for pricing and information on sponsorship and advertisement opportunities.
• Email marketing support to promote conference presence, sponsored events, etc.
• Assisting with photography for events, products, and corporate initiatives.
• Conducting corporate marketing material research and procurement recommendations.
• Support departmental projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing presentations.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and any other ad hoc tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
• Attend various marketing meetings and provide feedback on projects and initiatives.
• Gain practical experience in areas related to marketing and public relations.
• Apply academic knowledge to real-world situations.
• Offer creative ideas and suggestions for improving processes and workflows.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
