T2S Solutions is currently seeking a Program Manager responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of a program or portfolio of projects. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring. You will also communicate with stakeholders, report on program progress, and ensure that program goals and objectives are met. You are responsible for growing business with existing customers and supporting business development activities to capture new work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate the work of project teams and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues
• Ensure that program goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders; This may involve setting the goals yourself and obtaining buy in from stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and partners
• Monitor program performance against established goals and objectives
• Report on program progress to stakeholders
• Manage program budgets and resources
• Mange subcontractors, which includes statement of work creation and ensuring subcontract is being executed per the SOW
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures
• Ensure that program work complies with relevant regulations and standards
• Ensure all program deliverables/ Contract Deliverable Requirements (CDRLs) are delivered on time

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in program management or related field
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of program management principles and practices
• Experience in managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously
• Strong technical and business acumen
• Experience managing Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Time & Material (T&M) contracts
• ability to create project schedules to monitor program execution and to brief stakeholders

Preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Prior military experience, especially Navy or Airforce
• Experience managing either AI/ML or health and performance monitoring programs

Compensation: $150-175k DOE
