Summary
T2S Solutions is seeking to hire a Business Development Analyst (at APG, MD or Huntsville, AL) to support the identification and execution of new business opportunities across the DoD, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian markets by enabling growth, capture, and proposal activities. This role works closely with business developers, capture managers, and program teams to research customers, competitors, opportunities, and teaming partners, support bid and capture decisions, manage opportunity data, and assist with proposal planning and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating proposal activities and reviews, developing and maintaining proposal and capture templates, supporting internal meetings, and ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and operational support throughout the business development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Development and Management
- Assist with input to the T2S opportunity pipeline in coordination with business developers and capture managers
- Ensure pipeline opportunities are accurately recorded, updated, and tracked in the T2S CRM system
- Work with Program Managers to accurately reflect on contract growth in the pipeline
Operational Support
- Assist in coordinating internal business development and capture processes
- Develop and maintain operational templates and tools, compliance matrices, and data repositories
- Support the preparation of internal growth team meetings by providing relevant reports, metrics, and insights
Proposal and Capture Support
- Assist Capture Managers and proposal teams with proposal planning and execution activities
- Develop and maintain proposal artifacts such as outlines, schedules, compliance matrices, and content templates
- Support proposal kickoffs, stand ups, and internal reviews by coordinating meetings, agendas, notes, and action tracking
- Help organize proposal content, data calls, and contributor inputs to ensure alignment with proposal strategy and compliance requirements
- Coordinate internal reviews including color team reviews and final production readiness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree business, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)and minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, operations, market research, or a related role within the federal contracting space
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes, including FAR/DFAR, GWACs, and OTAs
- Experience with Salesforce for tracking and managing pipelines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights
- Experience as part of proposal development teams
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in business development, operations, market research, or a related role within the federal contracting space
- Strong attention to detail combined with strong communication skills - "Detail-Oriented Communication"
- Outstanding skills with MS Office tools (PPT, WORD, etc) for all forms of written documents, RFI responses, and informational/decisional presentations
- Strong passion for process, research/analysis, and operational support functions
- Keen Knowledge of DoD, IC, and Federal Civilian customer missions and priorities
- Experience supporting internal BD, captures, and proposal operations and reviews
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, yet remote work environment
Compensation: $70-85k DOE
