Position Overview
T2S Solutions is seeking multiple Satellite Console Operators to support 24/7 mission operations within a Satellite Operations Center (SOC). Console Operators are responsible for executing real-time spacecraft and payload operations, monitoring system performance, and ensuring mission success through strict adherence to established operational procedures. This position supports mission-critical satellite operations and is ideal for candidates with experience in Operations Centers, Intelligence Operations, Military Command Centers, Network Operations Centers (NOC), or Space Operations environments who are seeking to transition into aerospace mission control and satellite operations careers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time monitoring and control of spacecraft, payload, and ground systems during assigned operational shifts
• Execute scheduled satellite operations including contact support, payload tasking, and command execution in accordance with approved procedures
• Monitor telemetry data, system health indicators, alarms, and performance metrics to ensure mission integrity
• Operate satellite ground systems including antenna scheduling, RF communications paths, and supporting network infrastructure
• Identify, document, and escalate anomalies or off-nominal conditions using established incident response and escalation protocols
• Maintain accurate operational logs, shift reports, and console handover briefings to ensure continuity of operations
• Support mission simulations, rehearsals, and readiness exercises
• Assist with configuration updates, maintenance activities, and operational system upgrades as directed
• Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, cybersecurity, and security requirements within a classified environment
• Coordinate with engineering, mission planning, and leadership teams to support mission execution and problem resolution

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operations environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to follow detailed operational procedures with precision
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in time-sensitive environments
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Active Secret security clearance required; Top Secret clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)

Preferred

• Experience in a Mission Operations Center (MOC), Network Operations Center (NOC), Intelligence Operations Center, or Military Command Center
• Familiarity with satellite operations, spacecraft systems, RF communications, or ground station operations
• Military experience in space operations, intelligence, aviation, or technical operations fields
• Experience working with operational checklists, structured procedures, and shift turnover processes
• Background supporting secure or regulated operational environments
