Summary

T2S Solutions is seeking multiple Satellite Operations Center Technicians to support 24/7 mission operations for a satellite and payload operations center. Technicians will execute real-time monitoring, scheduling execution, and ground system operations under established procedures, with full training provided. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid technical foundation who are looking to grow into satellite operations, mission control, or aerospace systems careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform real-time monitoring of satellite and payload operations during assigned shifts
• Execute scheduled operational activities, including pass support, payload tasking execution, and command product validation, in accordance with approved procedures
• Monitor telemetry, system health, alarms, and performance metrics for spacecraft, payload, and ground systems
• Operate and monitor ground station systems, including antenna scheduling, RF chains, and network connectivity
• Identify, document, and escalate anomalies, faults, or off-nominal conditions following established escalation protocols
• Maintain accurate shift logs, operational reports, and handover briefings
• Participate in simulations, rehearsals, and training activities to maintain operational proficiency
• Support configuration changes, maintenance windows, and system upgrades as directed
• Comply with all security, safety, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree (preferred, but not required) in engineering, information technology, electronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent military/operations experience)
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 operations environment
• General technical aptitude and ability to follow detailed procedures accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm and focused in time-sensitive situations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess an active security clearance - Secret (required) Top Secret (preferred and must be willing and able to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a mission operations center (MOC) or network operations center (NOC)
• Exposure to satellite systems, RF communications, or ground station operations
• Military operations, space operations, or avionics background
• Familiarity with procedural operations, checklists, and shift handover practices
• Experience working in secure or regulated environments
