Summary

Blue Marble Communications (a T2S Solutions company) is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-functional teams for satellite technology programs. This person will utilize best planning practices and exceptional communication to translate deadlines and customer needs to the engineering team. This position will require the candidate to work on site. The candidate must be a self-starter with great time management skills and very strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Operations, Engineers, and Purchasing, to identify constraints, and developing production plans that meet customer and business needs
• Manage program timeline, costs, and parameters
• Head meetings between customers and internal team to review program status of timeline and costs
• Lead program realization to attain timeline and financial targets for both business and customer
• Mitigate risks and anticipate potential complications
• Engage in process improvement projects with interconnecting departments to ensure positive, clear communication of build priorities
• Aptitude to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, follow up, anticipate changes
• Serve has primary customer contact for program activities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 8-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in Defense or Space
• Highly self-motivated and proactive, Strong attention to detail
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization
• Excellent expository writing and verbal presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills, including confidential information
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Must be a US Person (This position has export control and security-related requirements that mandate attention to the citizenship status of any potential candidate and necessitates that the individual either be a United States Citizen, Permanent Resident of the United States, or lawfully admitted into the United States as a refugee or granted asylum by the United States Government.)

Compensation: $100-200k DOE
