We are a trusted provider of advanced technology and engineering services to the Department of Defense and are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Pricing Manager to support strategic pricing activities for defense and intelligence programs spanning space, cyber, air, and terrestrial domains. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping competitive proposals by developing compliant cost models, analyzing trends, and advising on price-to-win strategies for DoD contracts and task orders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop cost and pricing models in support of competitive and sole-source proposals in accordance with FAR/DFARS, CAS, and company policies
  • Analyze solicitation requirements and review Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify pricing, cost volume, and subcontractor requirements
  • Support pricing strategy development by collaborating with business development, capture, program management, contracts, and technical teams
  • Prepare and submit basis of estimate (BOE) documentation and pricing narratives aligned with work breakdown structures (WBS) and technical approaches
  • Lead development of pricing/cost volumes in response to Requests for Proposals (RFP)
  • Interface with subcontractors and vendors to collect, normalize, and analyze cost inputs
  • Ensure cost estimates are accurate, complete, realistic, and auditable to support proposal evaluations by DoD acquisition officials
  • Model different pricing scenarios to evaluate risk, margin, and competitiveness, including cost-plus, fixed-price, and T&M structures
  • Participate in color team reviews and provide timely updates and data-driven insights to pricing leadership and capture teams
  • Maintain compliance with internal pricing policies and external audit standards (e.g., DCMA, DCAA)

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • BA/BS and 8+years of experience
  • Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government acquisition regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost modeling tools; knowledge of ProPricer a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DoD or national security programs highly desirable
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team and alone
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive; strong attention to detail
  • Any certifications related to position
