Summary
T2S Solutions is currently seeking to hire a highly skilled Systems Analyst, Technology & Mission Command to assist the development, integration, and optimization of cutting-edge mission command systems and technology. This pivotal role involves development and analysis of Soldier/operator user experience, supporting the seamless integration of warfighting functions within military operations while remaining at the forefront of technological advancements and emerging concepts in mission command. The successful candidate will leverage innovative solutions to enhance command and control capabilities and maximize mission effectiveness. Collaboration with Army Leadership, DoD staff and Industry are essential to shape the future of mission command.

Responsibilities

• Apply emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in mission command systems, communication networks, artificial intelligence, and other relevant areas
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of integrating new technologies into military operations
• Evaluate the performance, capabilities, and suitability of future mission command systems and technology solutions for military use
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership on the adoption and implementation of innovative technologies to enhance command and control capabilities
• Collaborate with industry partners, academia, and research institutions to develop and prototype advanced mission command systems and technology solutions
• Participate in testing and evaluation activities to assess the effectiveness and reliability of prototype systems in simulated and real-world environments
• Develop future concepts and doctrine for mission command and warfighting function integration
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and innovation to improve decision-making processes, increase operational agility, and achieve strategic objectives
• Support the implementation of training exercises and simulations to familiarize users with new systems and enhance operational readiness
• Work closely with functional area experts in intelligence, fires, movement and maneuver, sustainment, and protection to ensure seamless integration of future mission command systems with warfighting functions
• Foster collaboration and interoperability among different military units and partner organizations
• Contribute to strategic planning efforts to prioritize investments and initiatives related to future mission command systems and technology development
• Assist in long-term acquisition strategy and technology roadmaps to guide investment decisions
• Travel up to 45%
• Collaborate with Army Futures Command leadership and industry partners to develop technology integration plans supported by extensive warfighting experience
• Create detailed and actionable network integration plans, encompassing objectives, timelines, and success criteria for Army, Joint, and Coalition Force network initiatives
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and potentially fielding units for development of most effective implementation plans

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on the feasibility and practicality of incorporating emerging technologies and innovative concepts into network integration scenarios, operational employment and experimentation to further develop capabilities
• Ensure that all network integration plans adhere to established standards, compliance requirements, and rigorous safety protocols
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to network integration plans, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders
• Manage customer requirements, core team integration, and support daily operations
• Read and provide feedback on Army, Joint, and Coalition Warfighting requirements as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and experience/certification in a related field such as information security, Army knowledge management, master gunnery in signal systems and relevant combat systems
• Active Security Clearance
• Extensive experience in system integration with focus on complex and large-scale military projects
• In-depth knowledge of applications, user interface, user experience, middleware solutions, and integration tools specific to Army and Joint Mission Command Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in systems integration, with a focus on military applications
• Experience working with DOD network systems and information exchanges among automated systems is highly desirable
• Proficient in network design, configuration, and optimization, with familiarity with a range of network technologies, protocols, and equipment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and operational requirements
• Capability to work effectively both as a team member and independently
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities
• Relevant certifications related to network integration
• Experience working with Army Futures Command or similar military innovation entities, with a focus on network integration
• Familiarity with Army, Joint, and Coalition Force operational procedures and protocols, including network architecture and Network Operations (NETOPS)
• Project management experience in a technology or defense-related context, particularly in the integration of network systems into broader military operations
• Demonstrated success in integrating network systems within military networks and operations
