We are looking for a **Senior Sales Executive** with a proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. This role is critical in scaling AtlasFL’s adoption across industries, identifying key markets, and leading the go-to-market strategy. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from strategic prospecting to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts. Initially this be an individual contributor position but with successful growth of the product, there will be the need to scale and build a dedicated sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales lifecycle -- from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Work closely with prospects and customers to demonstrate the value of AtlasFL through presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, with a strong focus on closing enterprise-level deals and high-value opportunities.
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple industries, including government, defense, finance, and healthcare.
- Lead business development initiatives, including representing AtlasFL at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to align product offerings with customer needs, improve platform capabilities, and refine messaging.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities for increased revenue.
- Track and report on key sales metrics to identify trends, forecast sales, and inform company leadership on opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to generate $5m+ annually in software bookings, with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process.
- Expertise in solution selling with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience selling SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or advanced technologies to enterprise and government sectors.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to craft go-to-market plans and develop long-term partnerships.
- Strong understanding of federated learning, AI, and data privacy/security requirements desired.
- Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
- U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
