Summary
T2S Solutions (T2S) is currently seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced IT - Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Technician in support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) effort, you will be a part of our team’s efforts to empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation, and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.?

Responsibilities

• Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot VTC systems within a secure environment, ensuring reliable and secure communication channels for mission-critical operations
• Provide support for day-to-day operations at the JNWC
• Coordinate classified and unclassified Internet Protocol (IP) video teleconferences for CONUS and OCONUS meeting
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure VTC bridge and endpoint interoperability
• Create and maintain SOP's for utilization of conference center equipment
• Identify and execute process improvements to improve operational efficiency
• Inventory management of end user devices
• Create and manage user accounts
• Support other associated activities, tasks, and projects in a very diverse and fast-paced test, operations-focused environment

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Active DoD issued security clearance
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of VTC hardware, software, and network connections
• Prior Experience Working with Classified/Secured VTC Systems
• Prior experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and endpoints
• Prior experience Installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpoints
• Understanding of DOD Security Regulations, Polices, and Procedures
• Security+ certification or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification preferred
