All-Source Intelligence Analyst

Summary:

We seek a talented, mid-level, experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team working at Fort Shafter in Honolulu, Hawaii. As an Intelligence Analyst, you will be embedded with an operational unit operating on an Army Futures Command (AFC) prototype. Part of your mission entails training intelligence personnel on using the Forward Prototype (FP) system, providing day-to-day intelligence support, participating in designated unit meetings/events/exercises, and maintaining the FP system. You will also be the site lead responsible for the two FP field support engineers. You will evaluate innovative systems solutions we are developing to keep the US Army on the cutting edge of technological advancement. This crucial role supports our US Army Assured Position Navigation and Timing/Space Cross-Functional Team (APNT/S CFT) customer’s Forward Prototype (FP) program.

Responsibilities:

  • You will collaboratively integrate the FP system into the unit’s daily battle rhythm while establishing a solid working rapport with members of the operational unit.
  • Provide intelligence-related training to members of the unit.
  • Develop and refine FP mission use case threads collaboratively with the unit soldiers.
  • Become an intelligence SME in the unit's area of operations, evolving FP capabilities to support requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure that the FP is appropriately maintained and fully operational.
  • Collaborate with proponents from the Cross-Functional Team, Multi-Domain Task Force, and project engineers to solicit feedback on FP performance and capabilities.
  • Demonstrate the operational relevance of technological advancements and the overall capabilities of the FP at capstone events and other Army and Joint exercises, including the development and maturation of Soldier workflow threads.
  • Monitor progress and suitability of third-party vendor software and hardware solutions and develop integrated test threads to validate successful integration and interoperability of these solutions.
  • Evaluate test results, schedules, resources, and risks for program mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Ensure that the FP system complies with relevant military standards and certifications.
  • Ensure adequate mission operations resources (material, personnel, calendar) support for all test events, exercises, and demonstrations.
  • Actively coordinates necessary engineering actions, resource planning, and scheduling to control and maintain developmental and exercise/operational environments. This includes but is not limited to, establishing test requirements, specifications, development environments, environment upgrades, and test validation.
  • Defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets developmental and operational tests for new and/or modified products or product components.
  • Travel to exercises, meetings, and conference sites to perform assigned duties.
  • Validate and verify the quality of FP documentation and training material, ensuring Soldiers receive clear, concise, and relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret w/SCI Security Clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years’ experience working as an Intelligence Soldier/WO/Officer.
  • Experience serving in the Army as a 35F/35N/35G or Warrant Officer equivalent or as a junior to mid-level military intelligence officer (35D).
  • Experience with All-Source and GEOINT software tools. Examples include DCGS-A family of systems, GAIA, Bodhi, FADE/MIST, ArcGIS, and SOCET GXP.
  • Familiarity with Joint and Army Mission Command systems. Examples include the Joint Fires Network (JFN), JADOCS, AFATDS, DIEE, EWPMT/TAC-X, and CPCE.
  • Familiarity with communication systems. Examples include STARLINK, GBS, IBS, and Link-16.
  • Knowledge of the PED process.
  • Familiarity with Army, Joint, and Coalition Force requirements, with experience translating them into actionable test verification and validation plans.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including military personnel, engineers, and technology experts.
  • Experience testing Army Tactical systems and/or experience with military tactical communication systems.
  • Self-starter capable of working in a high-paced environment with senior leader visibility.
  • Ability to articulate simulation/test results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating comprehensive test documentation and reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real-world military experience to include operational deployments and participation in exercises at the tactical and operational levels.
  • Currently working within INDOPACOM area of responsibility.
  • Hands-on experience with Army intelligence programs of record (POR) such as TITAN Surrogate/Pre-Prototype, TGS, and GWS.
  • Experience briefing high-level military and government officials.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
